How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us first at support@gentleherde.com before sending any return.
- Include the following details in your email:
- Order number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Clear product photos (showing the issue or condition)
- Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
- Ship your item(s) back in their original packaging, unused and unwashed, with all original tags attached.
- After we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Original tags and packaging are required.
- Please provide a return tracking number after shipping.
- Shipping fees and protection plans are non-refundable.
- Gentleherde reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above requirements.
Refund
- Refunds may take up to 5 business days after inspection to appear in your account (depending on your payment provider).
- If your refund amount exceeds the original order value, please provide your PayPal account for the remaining balance.
